Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ready Stock Orders

Orders for items that are in stock are processed within 24–48 hours, depending on when the order is placed. Shipment typically takes 2–12 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.

You can contact us at kashyaparugs@gmail.com to know the tentative delivery date. We currently deliver within India only via trusted third-party courier partners.

There will be two delivery attempts, so please ensure your address and contact details are accurate and active. Delivery timings are between 8 AM – 8 PM. We are unable to provide an exact delivery time or deliver outside these hours. If these timings are inconvenient, please arrange alternative collection options.


Custom Orders

  • Custom-made orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery of custom orders may take up to 15 days, depending on location and logistics.

  • All custom orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, as they are made specifically on order as per customer requirements.

  • Any amount paid for a custom order cannot be refunded under any circumstances.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

All COD orders are confirmed via phone call before dispatch to validate the contact number. You may raise any order-related queries during this confirmation call.


Delays in Shipment

In rare cases of unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email. Once delayed shipments are ready, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.


Address & Delivery Guidelines

Please provide your complete and correct address along with contact details to avoid delays.

Upon delivery, inspect the package before accepting it. Do not accept the order if the box is physically damaged. In case of any issues, contact us at kashyaparugs@gmail.com immediately.


If Your Order Does Not Arrive on Time

Tracking details are shared via email for all orders. Sometimes, parcels may be received by a family member, neighbour, security guard, or property manager.

If your order is not received within the stated timeframe and cannot be located via tracking, please contact us for assistance.


Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill it due to unforeseen circumstances or policy non-compliance. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.

If an order is cancelled by us due to product unavailability or fulfillment delays, a 100% refund will be issued for that product via the original payment method, as per our refund policy.


Multiple Orders

In case of multiple bookings or shipments, you may see multiple entries on your monthly statement.
